YWCA Canada’s 2025–2028 Strategic Plan charts a bold course for the future of our movement. The plan reflects the strength of our 29 Member Associations, the lived experiences of the communities we serve, and our collective vision for systemic change.

Grounded in our theme, Centering Excellence and Equity, this plan outlines how we will advance gender equity over the coming years through our three strategic pillars: Lead with Purpose, Cultivate a United Movement and Be Bold.

As Canada’s oldest and largest gender equity organization, we’re reflecting on our past and charting the path forward together.

Together, these pillars guide our work to end gender-based violence, strengthen economic security, advance antiracism and truth and reconciliation, drive policy change, and build a more resilient and united YWCA movement in Canada.
