Published on 21/12/2020 by YWCA Canada

YWCA Canada would like to thank Aritzia for its generous donations of 1000 SuperPuff Jackets.

Maya Roy, CEO of YWCA Canada shares, “From coast to coast to coast, the communities our local YWCAs serve will benefit from Artizia’s generous donations in transformative ways. Whether its newcomers to Canada, parents seeking comfort for their kids, or women rebuilding their lives, this support provides people the warmth they need.  Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, our lives have completely change. Artizia’s gift brings people comfort and certainty that we will get through this winter which we need more than ever.”

This donation builds on the ongoing relationship Aritzia has with the YWCA movement in Canada such as the generous support they have provided to YWCA Toronto and YWCA Vancouver. Now, YWCAs across the country will benefit during these especially tiring circumstances such as YWCA Agvvik Nunavut, YWCA Banff, YWCA Brandon, YWCA Calgary, YWCA Cambridge, YWCA Halifax, YWCA Hamilton, YWCA Kitchener-Waterloo, YWCA Lethbridge & District, YWCA Niagara Region, YWCA NWT, YWCA Québec, YWCA Saskatoon, YWCA St. Thomas-Elgin, YWCA Sudbury, and YWCA Toronto.
